97 Nigerians Deported From South Africa

97 Nigerians were on Monday night, deported from South Africa for alleged civil and criminal offences as they arrived at Murtala Muhammed International Airport from Johannesburg aboard a chartered aircraft.

The group comprised of 95 males and two female whose offence ranged from drug offences, criminal activities to immigration violations.

Upon arrival, those deported for drug and criminal offences were handed over to the police while those with civil cases were allowed to go home after profiling by Nigerian Immigration services.
